Archives - The VIP Series

The VIP Series are two annual publications that focus on the largest and most important federal grant-in-aid programs in the FFIS database. The first report reflects the impact of the president's proposed budget on the largest grant programs. The second includes summaries of the programs: legislative and program histories, distribution of funds, historical funding levels and 50 state breakdowns. It also reflects the impact of the enacted budget on the programs. The VIP Series is released within days of presidential and congressional action. (Files are in PDF format.)
